On May 16th, 2006, the signing ceremony for Procurement of High-Power AC Driven Electric Transmission Locomotives was held in CNR Beijing February 7th Locomotive Works. Xu Mingyang, Vice General Manager of Genertec Group, Liu Debing, vice president of CNTIC, officials from MOR and Shanghai railway bureau and related manufacturers attended the signing ceremony. Liu Debing, vice president of CNTIC, as a representative of CNTIC, signed the contract.
