During May 18, 2008 - May 23, 2008, CNTIC Executive Deputy General Manager Mr. Sun Weiming had a formal visit to the Vietnam BO-YI special economic zone, with the direct invitation of its Chairman. During the stay, Mr. Sun visited BO-YI special economic zone Chief Executive, Mr. Ruan Shida, Vietnam Global Investment Enterprise Corporation Chairman and Managing Director, Ms. Chen Ying-hong and local officials. The two sides conducted a friendly exchanges and talks on infrastructure projects and other areas of interest in special economic zone development, and signed a Memorandum of Cooperation.
